Opening a Paysera Business Account

STEP 1

  1. Download the Paysera app from Google Play or Apple App Store.
  2. Open the app and choose your language.
  3. Tap Create Account.
  4. Enter your phone number and create a secure password. Check that you agree to the terms and conditions, and continue.
  5. You will receive a verification code via SMS – enter it in the app.
  6. Set a five-digit PIN code, which will be used each time you log in to your account.

STEP 2

  1. On the main screen tap on Identity verification.
  2. First, enter your email address and tap Continue.
  3. You will receive a confirmation code by email – enter it in the app.
  4. Once your email is verified, Confirmed will appear next to Email confirmation. Tap Continue to start the identity verification process.
  5. Select your country and document type. Compare your document with the example provided, ensure it is valid, and proceed.
  6. Take a clear photo of your document. If it’s an ID card, capture both sides. Make sure the document is fully visible within the white frame and that all text is legible.
  7. Follow the in-app instructions to complete facial recognition and finalise the identity verification process.
  8. Once your identity is successfully verified, you’ll be able to proceed with opening your account.

STEP 3

A business account can be opened by the head of the company or an authorised person, who has a power of attorney signed by the head with an electronic signature or certified by a notary. One of the required documents is a list of shareholders. Information about the beneficiaries of a legal entity is provided through the JANGIS system.

  1. Open the app, select Settings > Business Accounts and tap Open Business Account.
  2. Choose your company’s country of registration.
  3. If your company is registered in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria, or Romania, follow the in-app instructions. Complete the client questionnaire carefully and ensure all information is correct.
  4. If your company is registered elsewhere, continue the account opening process using a web browser.
  5. Log in to bank.paysera.com with your password.
  6. Tap your name in the top-right corner.
  7. Select Open a business account.
  8. Choose the country of your company’s registration again.
  9. Enter your company code, fill out the questionnaire, and upload all required documents.
  10. Required documents include: company registration document, document of proof of company head appointment, and the list of shareholders.
  11. Check the box to confirm that you agree to the possible fees and that you have read the General Payment Services Agreement. Then tap Submit.
  12. Your business account will be opened once the documents are approved.
